A very moving tribute
Just a note to say a big thank you for V's service last week. It was a very moving tribute and service and it was mentioned by all as being very warm and elegant.
M is now busy... but he was also equally grateful and the grandchildren understood the sadness of the day but also recognised our faith too.

We felt you got the format, content, tone and delivery spot on. Everyone said afterwards how moved they felt, and will leave all who attended with the fondest of memories of mum's final day.
